Today's announced closing of the acquisition of the Getronics Application Services business by Hyro (ASX:HYO) coincides with the creation of a new joint venture between Getronics and ServiceOne to deliver the traditional technology managed services previously provided by Getronics in the Region. Both transactions mark a final step in creating strong strategic partnerships in this important region in order to continue to provide a first class service to our worldwide and local clients in Hong Kong, Greater China Region and Macau.
