GETRONICS RECEIVES AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Getronics today announced, with reference to article 9b paragraph 1 of the Decree on the Supervision of the Securities Trade 1995 (Besluit toezicht effectenverkeer 1995), that it has received a formal expression of interest from a US-based firm to start negotiations with the objective to acquire all of the shares of the company. The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board have decided to explore this option and its strategic implications for the company going forward. The process will be executed by the Board of Management taking into account the interest of all stakeholders, i.e. clients, employees, business partners as well as shareholders. Getronics has retained financial advisors to support it in this process.
