Application Services business to be acquired by Hyro (ASX : HYO)
Getronics announced today its intention to acquire a 30% stake in ServiceOne Limited; a well established Hong Kong headquartered ICT services company with an extensive presence in mainland China. The proposed transaction also involves the transfer of 100% of Getronics’ Infrastructure Services operations in Hong Kong, China and Macau into the new entity.
