2006 audited results under IFRS

Key Points:
· Net Losses under IFRS reduced by 30% to £3.7 million (2005: £5.2 million)
· Operating losses under IFRS increased by 8% to £4.1 million (2005: £3.8 million)
· Funding facilities as at 31 December 2006 of £6.2m in place, which in addition to anticipated business revenues underpins commercialisation strategy
· Net cash balance of £0.2 million (2005: £0.3 million)
· Capitalised development expenditure in 2006 totalled £1.2 million (2005: £0.4 million)
· Production programme for TX6 six speed automatic transmission with Geely on track for production in Q1 2009. Additional technical support contract in discussion to provide Geely with access to Antonov expertise.
· Two Speed Supercharger Antonov durability testing successfully completed
· First orders received for Hummer H3 two speed supercharger kits.
· Confirmation received from GTI Green Tec International AG (Emporio) that satisfactory completion of testing of the production units has been achieved enabling payments to start under the distribution agreement signed in December 2006.
· Discussions are underway with a second Chinese manufacturer regarding the production of low cost automatic transmissions
· Negotiations are underway to secure premises for a new technical centre in the UK in which to house the technical resources required to service the growing level of client programme engineering
John Moore, Antonov’s CEO, commented:
