Amsterdam, 12 June, 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 26 February 2007 and of which the start date has been published on 20 April 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 5 June 2007, it purchased 209,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.5669 per share,
• on 6 June 2007, it purchased 141,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.3838 per share,
• on 7 June 2007, it purchased 160,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.0603 per share,
• on 8 June 2007, it purchased 106,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.6527 per share,
• on 11 June 2007, it purchased 111,091 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.0161 per share,
• during the period from 23 April 2007 until and including 11 June 2007, it purchased 4,201,880 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.5436 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 11 June 2007 therefore amounts to 34.2% of the announced buyback up to euro 400 million.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
