Amsterdam, 5 June, 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 26 February 2007 and of which the start date has been published on 20 April 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 29 May 2007, it purchased 64,500 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 33.1291 per share,
• on 30 May 2007, it purchased 128,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.7273 per share,
• on 31 May 2007, it purchased 102,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.8993 per share,
• on 1 June 2007, it purchased 117,257 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.9338 per share,
• on 4 June 2007, it purchased 104,500 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.8650 per share,
• during the period from 23 April 2007 until and including 4 June 2007, it purchased 3,474,789 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.6149 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 4 June 2007 therefore amounts to 28.3% of the announced buyback up to euro 400 million.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
