LeasePlan Corporation N.V. has agreed to sell its vehicle body repair companies Carflexs in the Netherlands (nine workshops) and JB Carrosserie in Belgium (eight workshops) to CARe
Beheer B.V. These companies realised a net turnover of € 52 million in 2006. The intended take-over by CARe Beheer has been submitted for advice to the involved Works councils and the Trade unions have been informed.
