Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 8 May 2007 – Spyker Cars N.V. announces that in view of the resignation of Mr Oedith Jaharia, Chief Business Development, from the Management Board as per 1 July 2007, Mr Richard Borsboom will change his portfolio in the Management Board. Mr Borsboom, appointed Chief Financial Officer of Spyker Cars N.V. on 20 April 2006, becomes Chief Business Development, which function he will fulfil on a fulltime basis. As per 8 May 2007 Mr Klaas Stuijfzand RA has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ad interim to further strengthen the Management Board.
Mr Klaas Stuijfzand (53) is an affiliate of Boer & Croon Executive Managers. He worked at Heineken, amongst others as the financial director of Heineken Export and El Aguila S.A., Spain. Since his employment at Heineken Mr Stuijfzand has been financial director ad interim in various companies, such as MAN Nederland, Arbo Unie and Royal Sphinx.
