After approval from the Competition Authorities earlier this week, Royal Wessanen nv closed the transaction with financial investor One Equity Partners to sell the activities of Dailycer and Delicia in the UK, France and The Netherlands.
In December 2006 Wessanen received a binding offer from OEP and in February 2007 the agreement was signed. The total consideration is EUR 104 million.
