Halifax, December 14, 2006 (TSX: HII.A & HII.B and AEX:HII) - Richard Homburg, Chairman and CEO of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Homburg Invest”)) is pleased to announce that Homburg BPF Canada, a joint venture between Homburg Invest Inc. and SNS Property Finance (formerly Bouwfonds Property Finance) of The Netherlands, has purchased a 66.67% interest in a condominium development in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with the remaining 33.33% interest being held by Les Investissements F.P. S.E.C., (general partner - Telemedia Development I Inc.) of Montreal.
