Halifax, Nova Scotia, November 15, 2006 – Richard Homburg, President of Homburg North America Limited is pleased to announce that Homburg North America Limited has acquired ownership of 2,805,732 Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Class A Shares”), representing 3.26% of the issued and outstanding Class A Shares from arm's length parties in Switzerland pursuant to an offshore private transaction. Homburg North America Limited paid EUR 4.10 (CDN$5.92) per share for total consideration of EUR 11,503,501 (CDN$16,615,887).
