Today, Delta Lloyd N.V. shareholders were informed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of the Supervisory Board's intention to appoint Hans van der Noordaa as a member of the Executive Board of Delta Lloyd. After informing the EGM of its intention, the Supervisory Board formally appointed Hans van der Noordaa as a member of the Executive Board and subsequently as chairman of the Executive Board.
