AMENDMENT
Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Essence IV B.V. (the Issuer) today announces that subject to clause 20.1 of the Trust Deed (Modification; consents; waiver) it will adjust the definitions of the Replenishment Available Amount and the Replenishment Reserved Amount in the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, where Replenishment will no longer occur and repayment on the Notes in accordance with the Principal Priority of Payments on each Monthly Payment Date will start as of the Monthly Payment Date falling in September 2012 (each as defined in the approved prospectus dated 24 February 2011 relating to the Essence IV securitisation transaction).
