Halifax, Nova Scotia, July 10, 2009 – Richard Homburg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Homburg Invest” or the “Company”) (TSX: HII.A & HII.B and NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: HII) announced today the appointment of Jan Schöningh as President, North America, and Michael O’Hara as Corporate Secretary of Homburg Invest, effective July 1, 2009.
